If your tracking information shows as delivered we always suggest first checking front or side porches, and seeing if the package was possibly left with a neighbor.
If you are not able to locate your shipment, please contact our support team so they can take the appropriate steps in finding your package.
What can our team do to help?
If your package was shipped UPS, our team will notify our UPS liaison who will take the proper steps in starting a tracer for the package and filing the necessary claim.
If your package was shipped via USPS, a Missing Mail Search must be submitted by the customer and a claim will be filed if presented by USPS.
In either case you will also need to be in contact with UPS/USPS to complete the investigation. These investigations usually take about eight business days before any results, our team is not authorized to refund/reship until we hear back with the results of the investigation.
