If sending defective/malfunctioning parts back to our facility for testing as requested by the customer service representative you’ve been in touch with, DO NOT include any used COILS/ATOMIZERS or MOUTHPIECES in the return package as these parts can NOT be reshipped from our facility.
Even if the chamber/coil has been cleaned we can not have any parts that have been loaded with product shipped to or from our facility.
Before sending any parts back to our facility please be sure to contact a representative via email@example.com to better assess the issue that you’re experiencing.
If you are asked to return a defective part for further inspection, only domestic shipping charges are covered by Dabado for the return. If you are an International customer, you must pay the shipping charges for the return of the defective part.
